The treasurers of the hundred and 19 so we are going on a treasure hunt and the gold we are seeking in this treasure hunt is actually the phrase of God like join us taking this deep dive mining with David in the hundred and 19 mining of the foundation of our house talked about the letter bet which this whole next section the next eight verses are in the letter bet section then they all start with the letter bet and that debate in Hebrew means house and so we gotta lay this foundation of our house and again is really cool when you think about Jesus talked about this very thing. So as we dig in here were to talk about this verse, which is verse nine which reads in the King James version, wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way by taking heed thereto according to thy word. Well, as we talked about yesterday in the overview of bet that has everything to do with building a house and someone comes to building a house. This is we have words from Jesus to help us along this way which is very interesting how the sermon on the Mount does line up with Deuteronomy 4 through six, as well as the hundred 19 Psalm.

I guess that's not too shocking. Therefore, what Jesus said in the sermon on the Mount 724 says, therefore whosoever here if these sayings of mine, and do with them.

I will liken him to a wise man, which built his house upon the rock.

I mean, you see how this lines up so well with the aleph in the bed because again the wise man being the sun right that that we talked about so much and in aleph and then now we gotta build a house and is going to build it on the rock, which is what Jesus said that anybody who hears it, which has to do with keeping it and then anybody that do with it. Well do with it means hero. Interestingly again. It helps so much to me and I put the link there at the podcast notes to Deuteronomy 4 because when you read Deuteronomy for years and see how many times it says take heed to yourselves, take heed, take heed and here you know this almost says, take heed thereto according to your word and in other words here were actually doing something along the lines of of of what it's saying in the word and and I love the heart of this almost as the first starts right where he says essentially you know wherewithal which means how in the world can a young man cleanse his way right in the way here again is that Derek and which is where we want to be the path of life, so to speak. Let's Jesus himself is in the way but is it's a beautiful picture back to what the very first verse in the Psalm said is blessed are those undefiled in the way who walk in the law of the Lord right will interestingly here and that we once again are in the way it says how can a young man cleanse his way right going back to the very first verse and lining up again with the first verse of bet because never going to build this house house and were going to take heed to ourselves according to thy word in again as we talked about at the beginning, the, the word word is translated two different ways. Especially now that were moving in the bet because his use of a couple three times in this section, so it's important we take note that this time they were going to take heed this young man is trying to cleanse his way is to take heed is going to do it according to his debar right which is the word that starts with a Dollard which is working to get a lot to here very shortly. When we get to battle section so taking heed to the word is like a wise man who built his house on the rock that he not only heard these things that Jesus said but he did them. So I think it's worth noting that the word word debar. In this case is insignificant when it comes to houses.

Because the letters of the word like in all Hebrew are drawing a picture of something okay because that's the way that letters work in Hebrew is there pictures and so that first picture of the bar which is the doll. It will get to that section, but it is usually a door or servant, and they were come in the same way so here we have this doorway to the bar. You hear that be sound, will that debar is the be is the bet which means house right so we got it.

A door to the house in understand that were to take heed unto this door to the house, which again we know it's Jesus right. I mean, you know that the word debar that Jesus is the word and the word is Jesus. But don't miss the last letter which is this rage and this site has to do with starting something or doing something or the head of something the beginning like you got to do something in order to show that you have understanding and so this word debar itself that this almost used speak so very much to the verse itself that we gotta take heed to the word himself. Meaning Jesus, but also all that's written in his words beautiful thing you know I love you, like me, but I can hardly wait for the next first in the hundred 19 Psalm and we are exploring these verses in the bet or house, and understanding or doing
