Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Senator Joe Manchin have proposed a bill titled the "Inflation Reduction Act of 2022." The bill calls for an additional $10 billion in funding to the IRS per year, adding some 87,000 new agents, and over 1 million more audits, in effect DOUBLING the size of an agency already considered by many to be the most institutionally corrupt in the Federal Government. Jordan and the Sekulow team discuss this and more today on Sekulow.

Breaking news more reasons to which is misleading to say about some shirts should be flagged by Facebook social media companies as that misleading information, false information, because really what Job answers figured out. I guess it is retirement tour or maybe early retirement tour is a tax hike on Americans included by the whites at the $400,000 awards $200,000 more but we wanted to focus on was because they keep trying every time with its bill back better.

Whatever they were called inflation reduction act. They want $87 billion to the IRS over 10 years.currently, the IRS budget to the Internal Revenue Service budget is to about 12 billion a year so they wanted additional to billion dollars a year to the IRS basic double the size of an agency which which has been ineffective has not been able to really modernize on its own has had serious problems as we all know we people like Lois Lerner and politics coming into play with who gets treated and how they get treated and understand what they want to do with this there.

Be clear, 45.6 billion of that is for enforcement and they want to focus the main targets on middle class Americans so that there will be more audits in the United States of America yet. Right now the IRS has a backup of 21 million uncompressed unprocessed tax returns but this note does the 87 billion only 3 billion goes to taxpayer services so that would try to improve your working, your ability to work with the IRS. Just a tiny amount, but they were come after you. And of course why are Democrats what you think Democrats are so obsessed with getting this provision through Congress because they have been able to weapon eyes these institutions.

We fought back against the IRS to let me take sub double at eight to double the size of the IRS you taking a behemoth feared or get your agency of the government double in size. It would take because of this 100 684 31 two that's 100-6431 10 talk Kansas last night a big defeat for life. It should be a wake-up call on this was the first boat, but you'll get the abortion industry spending millions of dollars.

Misleading a lot of voters into how to vote on that amendment in Kansas. Let me tell you folks that allow those rivets coming up in November.

On balance across the country so really get into that as well to the broadcast. By doing take your phone calls of this the idea that Joe Blanchet was Christensen but is not yet out on this, but there one vote away from doubling the size of the Internal Revenue Service, not to improve your your work, your work with you.your experience is not about improving the taxpayer experience. It's about going after bore American taxpayers is that we don't have enough money we need double the budget to enforce the tax laws to pay for their greed to deal that's why they've got to do this 164 3110. Do you trust any administration to double the budget of the IRS their session with what you give us a call one 800 684 31 to what your experience been like try to deal with the Internal Revenue Service. I would imagine it's like going back to 1970s or 80s because they're still stuck it with typewriters and mail rehabs. You can go through like the snail mail victory for tax returns have even toss away, 1-800-684-3110 talk about that talk about. I again return to what went on last night. Kansas but also what happened in Idaho Department of Justice filing their first lawsuit against the state for its pro-life law that would replace after oversight was overturned third party for any federal law to do that so is, the IRS 100-684-3110 share this with your friends and family will be right back on secular secular for what happened last night.

Kansas file so Jack Gage was the first time voters should take to the polls post the overturning Roe versus Wade. The abortion industry. One out and one out big so talk about why we break down the numbers. The turnout numbers because this is something to watch in November as well because when you see just the amount of people turned out just to vote on the submitted there were I think out of 900,000 votes. There were 700,000 is so people voted for Bo it in everything but some hundred 80,000 people just came out to vote for all the bid. So think about how that could change voter turnout in the fall. Also, the early voting. I think Republicans and conservatives got to do a better job on the ground, finding votes so you had to get he had Republican turnout higher then Democrat turnout early voting, but that he had 40,000 unaffiliated vote that some of them independent voters to look into it further.

I do what is prison time.

The IRS though because when they talk about mansions plan in his deal with Schubert were waiting on Kristin Cinema. The idea here is your reminder out what is still in this there is a huge bailout for the IRS doubles the size of the IRS. And most of that money that had at least half is going to enforcement in their targeting middle-class Americans so they can pay for us of the federal government has more money to pay for things like agreed to deal which is also in this what they call inflation reduction act as it is a great time during economic recession or whatever your call right now let's let's let's go after bore Americans with audits who can afford you the nickel at the top 1% who can afford attorneys and accountants and to deal with the IRS for them. They went after people who have to try to figure that do the IRS on their own limited team in California wanted to cause this 164 3110 may be like to share what your experiences is like dealing with the Internal Revenue Service 1-800-684-3110 hey Tim, all I totally want an overall management IRS and start over you because you this what you have to do. It's a similar tactic with Pres. Trump started with like the FBI.

We see this with some agencies is that really there's no need to do that we should modernize this whole process we go to the Andy account right of anti-this IRS is still operating 1980s. He still use typewriters items and honestly there to be a lot of new taxpayers, especially in that been middle-class but who don't even have never even seen the tools, the iris still relies on snail mail typewriters and this increased bureaucracy instead of streamlining it where most people could should be of the file their taxes with a postcard that tried to the IRS is still stuck. You said 1980s, 1970s, there still stuck in the Middle Ages as far as digitalization in the proper handling of tax returns in the proper handling of relations with taxpayers, are you gonna pay your check to the tax authorities by the US mail. Good luck if it ever gets from Atlanta to Charlotte or wherever you're sending it to, but here now instead of modernizing the equipment that you need to have in order to deal with the proper collection of revenue your earmarking $45.6 billion to litigate criminally investigate investigative technology. Everything investigated by the remember that digital asset monitoring and they don't give them a bunch of new cars so then Glenn get the money from you and loaded up in the trunk of the car.

I guess that's what the purpose of that is why they give them cars but the thing that you mentioned Jordan, 78, and 90% think about that of the money that they're planning to raise from underreported income is going to come from those making less than $200,000 a year. Only 49% is going to come from those making $500,000 or more. So what they are targeting here is you the middle-class taxpayer the person who's got a subchapter S business that is out there working day by day trying to make a living.

Not that they need more money. Tax receipts were up 25% in the first months and nine months of fiscal 22 after rising 18% in fiscal 21 so tax receipts are up. What were you need the money for well I'll tell you why you're not starving for revenue, but you can control your appetite for spending.

You want money you want to spend Southern Democrats have never seen it tags that in the love that's why the agency is gone Jordan into its beast mode is what the Wall Street Journal has called to say that that is there true. This is be slowed. IRS Wheatley seen that before, through the lowest order types when the when they when they calve they lose their inhibitions and they start the acting as if they have no check in and they did to operate that way. The iris we see still continually we have to be so vigilant fighting the IRS because the political targeting is a concert imposed by Democrat elected officials. Hey look into this group. Hey look into this organization, but this time around is not about organizations this time around it's about going after his 80 sent you the individual taxpayer. They want more audits. They want more IRS agents out in the field driving around showed up your house short of your place of business and begin their targeting middle-class Americans who don't get to rely on attorneys and accountants to prepare their taxes all the time who like I get we should just be simplifying this process for everybody but guess what.

Within this whole budget of $82 billion.

They have 4 billion to modernize that second modernize entire federal agency at all. Like I told you it's even less money to for taxpayer services 3 billion so it's not about you having a better relationship or a better experience when dealing with the IRS. Vince is the one of our senior councils.

A seal, JI just text or producer will that he hears a lot of our FOIA work. IRS is the only agency we know of where you still have to file your FOIA Andy with a fax machine yeah who uses fax machines, and to fight one I'm fight. Yet when they came out they were the most wonderful thing we talk about. Oh my goodness, fax machines, what a wonderful thing. Now you can find a fax machine for one that works and makes that weird sound on the line when you try to get it.

And now the Internal Revenue Service. If you want to make a freedom of information act request. You got a fax it in like you said I gotta go find if I want to find a fax machine you have in the house anymore then that those are outmoded and outdated. So instead of using money to streamline procedures in dealing with the public what you do now is were going to terrorize the public and that's a good work that the Wall Street Journal you beast because the terror is now coming out were going to terrorize you who make the mom 78 to 90% of the money that comes from you within a terrorize you to squeeze you for more, so that we can do our green new deals in our spending programs and this is when the Joe branches of the world there true colors show their tax-and-spend Democrat they want to tax you. They want to increase the size the ability of the IRS to come after Americans we so eroded they said the IRS. I cannot believe the use typewriters people write that one of our chats on rubble because I tell you, there's a whole new generation that received these this how outdated but but again, yet one holdout do not give Joe branches to pass, and West Virginia voters. I see polling data too much data. Too many conservatives that state. Give him a pass. He's got way to have approval when he is the one who is ultimately coming in and bailing out one of the just most broken federal agencies that we've got in Washington DC were he to take your phone calls 100 684 31 to lived in Ohio online to Aland called here in our phone that seek to speak to her past three).

She had not gotten the last three steps to me and I said she got a letter recently fight this character turn entertainment person at defeat despite longer-term tests of security that she felt getting her check from Nan. Nothing wrong. Mary pictures from the local mayor letter tramp around people and everything. She provided everything we need and they won't release her fines so served as the truth is you who does do understand that stories this 21 million Americans right now who file their tax returns on time and have gotten no response.

The IRS, she would think if they were to give any money to the IRS.

Most of it would be going to handle likely the situation.

Taxpayer services but out of 82 billion you know what they were cut. They said will spend three on that over 10 years 3 billion over 10 years the IRS to improve taxpayer services is not going to prove anyone. Services will continue to your calls 100-684-3110.

I want you to continue to share the stories likely digested they tried to harass her to kill her mother to not provide actually don't. You should to cease vacuum stimulus Jackson be able to file the returns on time.

What three another two years another to cover the same mother take me to get her to give them a tax of five years you cup what you owe while she would try to pay her taxes tried to do the right thing, 164 30 wanted to talk to us on air share the stories Americans eat here to hear the stories, one 800 684 31 two will be right back on secular glaciated baby recession.

Do you want to go by you and of course let's unleash the IRS of the American people as this to the IRS as the Wall Street Journal called into beast mode. Is it the countries that are depressed enough and people are already concerned enough that they would feel like there already stretched thin enough.

Let's audit middle-class the backbone of America.

Middle-class Americans who pay their taxes make enough income to pay taxes they try to comply with all the rules that try to do everything legally they own small businesses. They work in small businesses and working to make their life harder to sit more government bureaucrats to come after them infected in their cars repay from her vehicles were to negative facts of Andy Geddes typewriters and sale mail because, by the way, to modernize the IRS with which the they never want to do because Washington that would be most these people losing their jobs, they would be no irony that it would be you would not need these this huge agency because you should be able to do it.

Most of it digitally and very basically, the tax code should be simple for most people this is what you owe is what you need to pay. There's a percentage point on calculator which got on your phone and and ended pay that in butt or if you're more complicated that people can use countless people egg this is to go after the Americans who don't quite have those resources that truly want to target.

That's is most vulnerable to the IRS and a little just say always this year will go back years to try and say what you are even violating the rules when in fact they never contacted you for five years you did you learn your thought you were in compliance. You are paying your taxes getting returns back. Maybe 21 million Americans are still waiting on the returns from last year's tax filing. But this budget is not going to that this budget is going to target Americans just today Congressman from California, second District as a Democrat. Jared Huffman says it. He, along with 38 other Democrats. And that's the IRS Commissioner to review the tax-exempt status of the family research Council, like I just told this just came out yesterday. This is what we are constantly having to monitor the ACLJ and it was FRC's big negative that there can be a hamlet but is the is is the is the individual Americans is the smaller grassroots organizations is the idea the Democrats have no problem still to this day telling the IRS to do politically motivated investigations.

They did say look at all organizations, both on the left of the right is a look at this specifically so he particular stories take your calls at 1-800-684-3110 let's go back to the phones. Frankly, Virginia on line 3 hey Franklin are good all commercial a tech technician in the DC area and I work a lot government building and I got a service called for on the HVAC unit up in the attic space at IRS headquarters there about from Trump gal D thing and I went to her like three or four checkpoints just to get in and once I got in. They escort you to your location out of the main going through the building.

Everything is like marble and granite. It's like they built a microcosm of our stuff that inch interior beautiful building and not a soul was in any office and I went. Literally all the floors to get up there and nobody was in their offices. It is a ghost town and I would ironically almost airborne the office that had the blinds open an old IBM typewriter was mousing when I had back in the 70s generally and I was floored and and they had no modern plot Emmy, everything is just ancient like I'm talking to each desk and chairs all that stuff decide this case because the budget with his budget deal when it's was a work from home work from home now and except for the cars I guess. And because it can be driving around as a glance. This is the truth. People are shocked. I see it in the chat because if you don't have the freezing rain is that we've had the ads you don't realize the fax machines, typewriters, this is how they still operate with their billions and billions of dollars a year, while in 2022.

This is an interesting statistic that answered the IRS answered about 10% of its phone calls so it's what the caller just said. I mean they don't have any telephones dancer thing.

They got ancient IBM typewriters. They use fax machines that use furniture from the 50s of those old green and metal desk that they still use it in and evaluate what I thought. It reminds me of that had been in but instead of modernizing that to give greater taxpayer service to give greater taxpayer assistance not to kill off people who are still living at 78 years old and give them the stimulus checks what they do is their business. Decide now to unleash the horrors of the IRS and beat you up if you're within that category of people who make a less than $200,000 a year. Why because as you said, you cannot afford to go out and get high-powered lawyers to defend you if you take a deduction or if you failed to include a little item of income or something that is a technicality's information is private is forced to be secured and our personal really like to these ages because as we said the building or working from home, and by the way, I am not disclosing the case details, but from what we just recently worked out. They are working from home. The agents they have their fax machines at home and they're asking you to send all this confidential information to their home to their home fax machine that is the truth so all that all that play about protecting the tech.

There is nothing your tax documents are around some agents house, especially if you had to go back and forth with.

You had to fax anything back I let me take another call Rosemary in Texas on my what he Rosemary my call knowing you're trying to derive a specific theory to I need to work above the Sosa security exam 2019. I like doing deliveries for slavery that Texas company and we would deliver restaurant meals and groceries. And whenever people ordered that that question my with pain quite directly by the IRS, but decided that because I delivered $55,000 worth of merchandise that year that I need to pay $20,000 in income taxes because I feel he, Rosemary, this is their issue. You worked for a pretty modern company and way of doing business where you got the system set up, or that the person who's purchasing is direct. Paying your genuine delivery your baby your Jamaican maybe a tip off the delivery of a small fee for being available during that hour. But I was feeling and what is that the IRS doesn't know how to deal with these modern businesses know they know that there exam paper it. It doesn't add up to their fax machine and there typewriter per program right this is this is called the net worth program they figure this.

If you are making or involved in a business that makes $55,000, then you must have underreported your income because it cannot be otherwise. And you owe $20,000 in federal income tax.

That's because they are so a in in in living in such an ancient age that they don't know how to update and use modern technological achievements in order to figure what the income taxes they go back with an old idea if you're making if you're delivering that much money's worth of groceries.

Then you must owe that much money's worth in taxes.

Ridiculous rifles were asked to take your phone calls, 1-800-684-3110. I want people to hear your stories because Joe mansion and Joe Biden and the Democrats want to give another $80 billion to the IRS. They are one vote away right now, one vote away and most of that money is going to target Americans. They been clear there being open on sabbaticals, but is going to audit middle-class Americans. The backbone of our country become Mexican-American to talk this to you take your phone calls 164, 31 to get some politics to what happened in Kansas with the lifeboat. We did that ultimately break that down RT base objections breaking it down. This should be a warning warning for those you who sell will get Grover's way to return what happens next is the American Center for injustice were engaged in critical issues at home and abroad for limited time you can participate in the ACLJ matching challenge for every dollar you donate will be $10 becomes $20, $50 gift becomes 100 detecting the constitutional and religious freedoms most to you and your family. You forgive today online keeping you informed and now this is Jordan's secular ministration rated the federal government is a it's getting close to a midterm election where things are looking good for Democrats or to get a start seeing really bad actions and potential bad actions by the bureaucracy by Oreo entities like the IRS.

You see Democrats very literally yesterday. Democrat Congressman bragging about how 30. They, along with 30 other colleagues are asking the IRS to after conservative Christian organization they put that out a press release politically motivated investigation by the IRS is what they are asking the IRS to do Joe mansion by the West Virginia voter stop giving him a pass for goodness sakes he will.

He is trying to give $82 billion to the IRS. Most of that money to pay for the green new deal is no better than AOC is actually worse because he can actually get bad legislation through, she doesn't. So the truth is, voters got a wake up one vote away on that issue Ms. Christensen about another Democrat who is really holding the interest in the Senate.

If this is basically the bitty bill back better the quality inflation reduction act.

It is taxing more. There is a tax increase and supposedly Joe magistrate has a proof so you there said there some kind of pipeline which, by the these pipelines and get approved.

They never get built. So if you think that that's that's something that he'll even see in his lifetime. Kudos. Would Joe mansion, but we know with ACLJ, you gotta fight back and be vintage vigilant. What is the IRS but it's not just that Department of Justice is filed his first lawsuit in the post-Roe versus Wade arrogance Idaho to get into that what happened in Kansas, which is not a set a deep red state it's it's a swing state with her is her Democrat Gov. Republican legislature. The turnout was something you gotta be careful about as conservatives come November, because eight at the pro-abortion industry defeated a pro-life amendment which was really all it did was out was going to allow the legislature to put any restrictions on abortion that was voted down really get to the numbers on that and the numbers are big turnout huge and ending in the early voting.

Unaffiliated voters you saw district Donald Trump 1 x 15 60% counties where only 20% of the vote went to support the pro-life amendment so there's messaging issues. There's on the ground issues don't take for granted the road bro versus Wade being overturned. Let's put that way, we have the details that in the broad in the second half are the broadcast I want to take more of your phone calls about your IRS experiences is out of this $82 billion. You take while maybe they'd spent $72 billion of that on improving the experience of the American taxpayer with the Internal Revenue Service but no they would use 3 billion for that over 10 years, which for the IRS. His death is nothing here that would just be get the baby to prepare some typewriters and and I guess if that they'll hunt down replacements for that and fax machines, which again were not aware of any other federal agency is outdated as many of them are with you to forward bureaucrats and just bloated. That is still that's the only one where if you put enough oil you have to factor FOIA 164 3110 share your stories with us today of the broadcast with the American people would dealing with the IRS and the people he be here. Whether it's the mother who that they say while she's she's not alive. She is alive it will happen when they they finally realize that after fears that will about his tax or 21 million Americans still waiting for the return to hear back from the IRS to see father taxes on time, try to comply. 1-800-684-3110.

Share your stories.

What's it like when you call the IRS. Are you one of those 21 million Americans still waiting give us a call at one 800 684 31 to but is a center turn to turn the IRS to be smote that still good for the backbone of America American worker still differ conservatives we have fight back in the IRS for their political targeting. They were basically for a number of years. I think maybe since this point that they they just were lifting his organization relate they had been out really got it because you had at directors going down you had to heads of departments going down guilt being fired, losing their government pigeons in the so they work getting very careful to not get caught trying to target people because of their political views or target organizations. But you know that was a getting a second user bill for that and what is Joe mansion eight a liberal Democrat legislator right. That's what he is when he gets the opportunity give them a pipeline or promise of a pipeline that I don't even know if he'll ever see be built in West Virginia and he'll give you $80 billion for the IRS to go after Americans. So this is not a guy looking out for for the average American West Virginians who elicit this broadcast right now. This is a guy wants to punish average Americans with the federal bureaucracy is looking for one more vote, the U.S. Senate lies is always happening during election years as yourself that wire Democrat members of Congress. I do like Republic kids that press releases calling on the IRS to say the IRS look after this one group was conservatives, not even that is not good news is nothing specific just because they are who they are on take your calls or one 800 684 31 ~Frank in Florida on line to hey Frank, I called Ajay yeah about Corporation here in Florida and have a payment plan with the IRS amount every month that certain date and inevitably I have to send them a letter saying hey you guys, and take my draft out my account and I don't want to get nasty grams and letters threatening that you know are coming guessing and what I own. They can't even keep track of what they already have, let alone get more money because Frank typewriters access to seats. It's not semiautomated righteousness and peace as automated should be all done digitally, but Andy it's not in the city is ineffective agency to sell, but it is so bloated as Frank said, like, even when he's come up with the payment plan they could they not taken the money until one of them go to him and say was all this money all you can be assured of that.Frank one day if you don't keep up with it and tell them that they haven't taken the money out. Pursuant to the plan and they they pile up a bunch of money that they say that you owe because they didn't take it out and their incompetence. They'll come after you and they'll say they want interest and they'll say they want penalties to for your nonpayment of the money so you need to keep a record and be very vigilant about that because they'll come back with you to you with a with tremendous force and vigor and that all all these other because that'll happen inevitably so eroded q. week said our taxes through Morse code to save Inc. I say that there little past that they got the typewriters their fantasies but again you will see think these budgets right but it is the truth of you to give them this big increase. You think that a lot. Most of that budget would be going to fix what we talk about the caller who want to sink it does HVAC work could not believe what the IRS look like on the inside that it looked like it was a flashback to the 1950s, except for it also exhibited apocalypse because it was working there, and that the offices that were left was like Chernobyl.

It was the 1950s furniture and an old typewriters but no one to be seen. I just find anybody see anybody betray get give a call the IRS see how long that takes and they would actually get somebody, but once those agents are on your case. This certainly not they that they don't back off and anywhere there's printing the body is more agency costs Yahoo is give you more agents and more cars and enforce the law were going to litigate and investigate organ to use investigative technology looking to monitor your winter, but when I can answer your phone calls 10% of those are answer that's about it and were knocking to take out the draft.

There was a buzz to take out every month and were going to consider a 78-year-old living woman in Ohio as having been dad and were not going to give her any stimulus checks look they need a new lease on life. They don't need $80 billion to go to Chris in Pennsylvania. On line 3. Hey Chris, welcome to secular you're on their door near your guy gradually right regarding director Matt must check to inmate. I'm sure I can give these programs are always a disaster when they run through them because ultimately that they just don't have good databases and they don't have technology through the crates could database like Chris but my question and that's it out daddy that is blotted out. She could be seen as its season indicated yes or no. She's very close to mansion II don't think that's 100%. Given I think because that I get the more we expose what's in this, the better chance we have. But there's also the politics going on like out if your Republicans. Therefore the takeover can't be there that day. You don't necessarily need the vice President to be the 51st vote so I get up. We are everybody's watching, but I think is just a reminder, Democrats are Democrats. Sometimes they might surprise you would do something that that isn't as extreme or is Joe mansion he will want to go along with all of bill that better but when you see what his version of it. Is it still a liberal Democrat wish list this green new deal. This taxes on call from a coal state. But again he thinks is in a point well he could go back exhibited to build some pipeline which by the way, if this is what you have to give away to get that done to get that approved by the federal government through the agencies you got to give the IRS $100 million.

She had to give you added that in it. Implement the green new deal if the target average Americans to pay for all this who don't do for the lawyers in the in the. Again, the large the Council built back to photo again Joseph into the sea online for a Joseph like all my question is about the cave on this and it passes and there is a subsequent roadway in the election in November. How likely are how quickly could this be reversed so that all these new hires from the IRS are now fired are are replaced at best a couple of years because you have to get it that you can have a veto proof majority in the Senate without any had read ways are talking about right now, which have a very slim margins about if Republicans take back the Senate but guess who's got his veto.

Joe Biden, so do not rely on hoping that because it might be a red wave in November I was annexing the bronchus retirements so these pitfalls to the politics we need to be very vigilant. We gotta watch out for the people got a double down resources and really understand it is early voting. What happened in Kansas is is serious serious wake-up call to everybody because we thought that these wave elections.

That means you're waiting in states that you don't often always win so you get your of the Pennsylvania is that the that the canvases of the world out this at the Arizona's clawback. These resources that's the deal. What you give the money over the phone or any never could club this will there be just got back so if if she passes through.

Doesn't matter what the unfortunate what the election results are at this time around because they will not be able clawback out once they once they get a hold of the money in the cinema the Sen. cinema decides to go ahead and to concede away this horrible whatever they call it inflation reduction act goes with it. Giving back giving up that money and then trying to come back later and clawing it back and then read bring it back into the treasury and the scans in the program is an almost impossibility once it's out there to be spent.

It will be spent get pizza again is what it will everybody know were fighting back against this. This is the truth about the inflation reduction act and what it really is so that we literally get the Wall Street Journal writing beast mode.

IRS is an IRS that was bludgeoned is with the washer postcard BIOS by the ACLJ but if you give of an influx of $82 billion over 10 years. Double that doubles their budget. You can take a bludgeoned agency and very quickly they were there again highly weapon eyes and who the company after middle-class Americans at yield small business owners because Yvette if he had had a fight more money to pay for their green new deal which is also part of this so it's not done yet, but you got understand what is actually in it.

100-684-3110. If you have a question about what happened last night in Kansas on the lifeboat or the DOJ lawsuit against Idaho related to that annexing the broadcasts at 1-800-684-3110. I like the of this in Kansas voters out there to give us a call baby so it was like in the polls and you were part of the early voting you saw that so much of the advertising like to hear from you. I give Scott get time, 1-800-684-3110 but I think it's just example, when you go to Vegas, the abortion industry that have the resources right and that's it clear and this is toward awarding a wake-up call one 800 684 31 to the talk to us on air. That's 1-800-684-3110 anchors support or to ACLJ ACLJ.org find out about all the work we are doing as well. There that we go to get a hit on the broadcast ACLJ.org would come back to take your phone calls may be spent doing with the IRS lifeboat Kansas last night, 1-800-684-3110 26 IRS were to ever get to talk about the Job and should IRS expansion act of 20, 22, which is what it really is so you could pay for the green new deal is about is not about it is not your friend. He's a lefty is a liberal and he would like the agency like the IRS to have more money to go after lots of conservatives and middle-class Americans. So there we are that but there is got me wake-up call Kansas last night.

The value that both you know ACLJ action was engaged on this work with Sec. Pompeo. This is a former Congressman Kansas.

This was the first time post the overturning of Roe versus Wade.

The actual voters, not legislative voters got to go to the polls on overturning a state court decision so that their legislature could put in place restrictions on abortion if they so choose. That's always about and it went down big. It would down by 20 points. So the abortion industry was able to turn out the vote and confuse voters. There's a lot of confusion.

We had people call you and say God sorted church come up and say to me please of officers were involved in the video I will go through IVF process right now people know you edge into those were real things that were coveted to us at all our broadcasts so we know there's a lot of bad information out there. Of course with the abortion industry but with a weight of 20 points for them. Remember lotteries on the bells. November the turnout was insane.

Which leads don't take for granted numbers about midterms from from 2018.

Because this time around, they got 93% of the say both the Joe Biden got in Kansas that the general election in a primary day on the amendment that wasn't the deal midterm election date yesterday so just understand that the yes vote got up 50% of the vote. The truck proceeded 2020 and don't take for granted Republican voters at least almost losing almost 20% of Republicans voted no. So I with all these different voters in place, you cannot take for granted the fact that we were in this post row error edit and that people are going to be really informative really understand these votes. So it's a reminder that we should call about Rob calling from Kansas online. One. Hey Rob and Michael, they should… I just wanted to call it. You were business owners family of up by Boyd getting really felt like we were very educated on the matter and over the last probably three and 3 1/2 week, we were inundated as one just about everybody we know and most bar boy with a massive amount of information that was just completely misleading. Yet, we were educated about what the boat was and it was text message after tech but did get your text message, all kind IVF. We were really surprised about the amount of misinformation that was out there in the amount of monthly that that was pumped in from somewhere to get that information out there. There was a lot like this is coming from a billion-dollar year organization Planned Parenthood.

That's just one of the extent their legal group is at their other centers so that they are not to decide that you're trying to close their business up. They want to operate their businesses canvases had a purple state. I we had a Democratic governor very very red legislature, but it's an example to not take for granted and also it wasn't sometimes when they overtax to the over encourage ecstasy Turner go down people to say on my voting in this photo.

Who's right or wrong, but I'm not even deciding that is that what happened here Kansas.

These are huge turnout numbers where there were a couple hundred thousand almost more votes on the exhibit alone were people who didn't even vote in the other primaries that involve the gubernatorial Senate primaries so that's that's what issue were dealing with an eye at that's what we have ACLJ action to reengage this skip attribute to it to get approval on the ground because were not in the federal courts were on this issue were on the ground, talking to voters who were being inundated with info but also to bring up at the same time partner just as Andy has filed their first lawsuit against a state that had windows for group laws that would into effect after Dobbs that Idaho and they have filed a will that Idaho has an exception in their curricula for the life of the mother. So if the doctors gotta make decisions with the family. This calls that is accepted out. That's not band the department just to still try and still figured out a way this would affect basically every law. The country, the other with the one thing the Atty. Gen. has decided to do is to take the emergency medical treatment and active labor act. It's called M.

Tala. I've dealt with this for many years.

When I represented an anesthesia group in Atlanta and that requires hospitals that receive federal Medicare funds to provide stabilizing lysing treatment to patients who experience a medical current emergency M. Tala, if you get Medicaid funds Medicare funds than you've got to and have been to take care of women in active labor or an emergency situation of the Biden administration in Idaho has taken the position that I'm tala supersedes goes over state abortion restrictions in instances where a doctor concludes that abortion is a stabilizing treatment in a medical emergency. The problem is it's premature. There is no case or controversy at hand.

You don't file lawsuits in court seeking the judge to give you advisory opinions you get opinions from courts and decisions from courts in active cases where you've got active situations. We've got patients and doctors and emergency situations.

But this shows you the determination of the Biden administration to protect that the distant and the the disc gather the Roe case in the Casey case no matter what they're not going to take the Supreme Court's opinion has been as overruling those decisions. They're going to press for abortion. They're going to prom and they promise that they're going to work as the Atty. Gen. says tirelessly to advance reproductive freedom. That's just a code word for abortion, five GMA eBay here this thing right if item is a law firm life of the mother.

This is emergency law and they're saying that the emergency medical treatment and active labor act so you got to the department just started save. Gotta be emergency for the slot even plot so if if you get if you're emergency with someone who is pregnant, you would imagine that that life the mother exception intake sent right there trying to read it at this how they want to read it out. If that helped exception that they've always loved, and wrote a separate life it's health and you have doctors define what that is is the undefined term social was not feeling good that day, which have a very pricey, that's pretty normal or anxiety. So it's not an actual life or death situation, but there still try to classify this emergency.

This is just example ago. After Idaho, but there are many states whose trigger laws would are going to face the same issue. So on on this as we wrap up today. What if we learned these past 24 hours and it comes to the post row where we've got to do a much better job on the ground. We got a raise a lot more resources spend the resources don't rely on past numbers turned out to be big with it. We know for turnout in a primary day with a consonant amendment in the state level is this big. Imagine generals have looked like don't take a these elections, but also to legally be ready for the great types Fort Worth ACLJ because the state certificate drug to be sued, so long as Joe Biden is the President that Department of Justice can be sued. Every pro-life state in the same time you have these disinformation campaigns run by the abortion industry and state where voters are trying to do the right thing. Like what happened last night they went in they found a massive amount of report would ACLJ.org stay updated
