Turn with me in your Bibles to John's gospel chapter 19 going to read to verse 10 and verse 11 that we find Jesus standing before Pontius Pilate. Just think about this, Jesus was standing before the government.

He was standing before the Supreme Court. He was standing before that powerful lady that powerful man. He was standing here about in front of the world. The genius of the will, the science of the world.

He was standing in front of the technology of the world. The means of the world. The ability of the will, and it was pilot to said team in verse 10, he said. Or do you not know Jesus that you're speaking to me. He was affronted. This man pilot this man who carried governmental authority, the stamp or seal the approval of the Roman empire.
