Praise God today Roy we want to talk about the thinking how people think, you know it's it's really a challenge.

I think for the born-again believer to separate how they think from the world versus Christ it's a it's a gap there. You know it's a bit because because we function you know in such a way as that we want to just get out what we want to say, not really considering how these words are going to affect the person that we are speaking them to or people who hear them. That's around us or how they will affect us as an individual. Yeah, the person speaking and can easily be negatively impacted by those words right as well. We talked in the past will about this cognitive dissonance with where the mind starts to think like to behave much the behavior around behavior mastermind right and I think that's what you're referring to this very thing. If people can't differentiate you in terms of your social media platform, your actions, your words, your there's no fruit Monday through Saturday like we often talk about.

You should question yourself if your we were talk about this right before the show started. What is your fate's Facebook page look like and I'm not a Facebook person but I know enough about to watch people restaurants flipping through hundreds of Facebook post still talking to their spouse or children. What is your Facebook look like does it reflect the word of God as it reflect you as a follower of Christ as it reflect reflect you as a born-again Christian and if the answer is no, or I don't know that there's a problem you need to be challenging yourself to get cleaned up and let people see the inside of you instead of the worldly and that's unless they don't want people to see. That's a whole another issue exactly what I'm just saying you have to factor that email and data may very well be the problem we talked about based on what were saying it's in social media today. What were sitting across the country and in the world I would tend to agree with you that's more more the issues that people really don't want anyone to know about the cyber life and you know you know what Jesus said about what is less look valid.

I'm still trying to figure out that point. I was in my quest to help a child so so you have the 2.3 children and then you know you get get the house get on and in you just continue on with the rest of your life so so that could be mainstream but what we're talking about is mainstream thinking with respect to things that the society has embraced that are totally against what the word of God teaches and will when we talk about mainstream thinking into very point they were people of the doctor this the ability to rationalize rationalize that thought process right to rationalize that mainstream approach to life is that everybody else is doing.

It's okay you that they've got the salvation secured in their mind, but they failed to realize that you're supposed to live that out in everyday life right and living out his key.

It is the key and also we talk about mainstream thinking or just mainstreaming you talking about reflecting or being compatible with the prevailing attitudes or values of a society or a group. Let's talk about that. What are the prevailing attitudes and values. Just within the US, we will we've been through statistics over several shows back that showed what Christians quote unquote today believe or don't believe Noah was 60%, 65% didn't believe there were absolutes exactly and then some gum. Just try to go off mirror with the number was on which if there's not an absolute and how can there be a right or wrong.

If there is no absolute how can there be right or wrong exactly so the rationalization of the absolute see when you when you remove the absolute from the equation. Now you have your own interpretation exactly that's what were in the middle of today right you know 25 years ago.

Drugs were legal things that are going on society was not right now 25 years forward. Drugs are now legal. Getting more more legalized right where one of those turkeys so well that sucks. That's a debatable issue. Well, it's not debatable if it alters the mind and leads and other things.

Or if it's just the fact we we can down the society and the other thought process long long with that will take exactly right. So, because society's views are often conflict with the Scripture most often yes and that that in and of itself. I believe will will tell the tale on why we should not be born-again believers should not be engaging ourselves or embracing things that directly go against the word of God. So I have some scriptures here. Proverbs 16 and to all the ways of a man are clean or pure in his own eyes, but God weighs the spirits right so whatever a man does. He thinks it's okay and in it comes down again tonight.

Rationalization see he's rationalizing his point that what I'm doing is okay and I and of course they love to say this as long as it's not hurting anyone yet, but it is it is hurting is hurting you is the individual as the end of a startling testimony in the don't do that sometimes we talk about the Oswald Chambers quote quite often ribbon does not work. You may have no clue what the damages beyond beyond what you can see and see and that is dangerous thing because our next verse Proverbs 21 and two, says every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but God weighs the heart so it's it's the heart of man that's weighed in his motive behind why he is doing what he's doing.

So God is looking. He's weighing that motive, you are motivated to do whatever it is you do. For whatever reason that you you choose to justify it or if you allow the spirit of God to lead you in doing it so that it would benefit the kingdom of God right now. Let's rewind for second will you a few moments to talk about. If it goes against the word of God and a lot of mainstream thinking invested in another. I would go back to challenge the folks in listing and invite them to get more into the word, especially since you were talk about man talk men. That's the biggest deficit right is is reading the Bible, we know that we we've heard it time and time again as a whole population of followers of Christ men struggle with quite time and struggle with getting in the word Gregory that's we've got to get ground and if you don't have the word in you because everything that you do should be governed by your action should be governed by the word of God leading you should be in out and if it's not then you need to take a self inventory of your life in a self inventory of the way that your thinking so that your actions can line up with the person who you say you are and if you say you are born again believer if you say your representative of Jesus Christ and you want to advance the kingdom and you want to promote Jesus Christ, then your life needs to reflect that and you should be set apart, you really should be set apart and that's what it comes down to, are you willing to be set apart from society or from the mainstream thinking or from the world because wishes to be in the world but not of the world right so are you willing to be set aside.

That's the question will and see that that's setting aside a course when we say that that's that's the sanctification part. You know so so you you were sanctified in Eli. People say well and safe sent five field with the Holy Ghost. Well, if you are sanctified truly sanctified and God has indeed set you apart to do his will, and to advance the kingdom of God, then why do we have so many issues when it comes to the born-again believer in and and how their thinking is aligning out more with the world rather than with the word of God well I think it's multiple reasons rightly back to rationalization this what I want to do so. Therefore going to do it therefore rationalizes second thing is worried about how it's going to impact the relationships with the people that are believers right they don't want to be viewed as the oddball of the personality yes and so it if were going to be set aside. It's okay to be God.

What does that say about your character well doesn't speak very well of your character right.

At least for if a person will be a measure of his biblical standards in today's standards. Mainstream thinking this way that's good for that person are strong-willed or not, will get pushed around, rather than looking okay, what's the impact what they just did her with the dissent, so goes back the other piece.

We need to talk about on these lines before you do these types of things before you respond or anything should always ask yourself is this a wise decision and what is going to be the collateral risk or damage to me saying this or me looking at this or me doing this. If you ask yourself those questions then you should come to a conclusion.

If you truly fall in the heart of Christ, and you chasing after God.

You should come to the conclusion that it's either good thing or to backing. If it's a bad thing the needed stairway from if it's a good thing you need. It glorifies God, and it glorifies you walk in Christ, then you should move ahead with it and see and don't don't use excuses that well you know I'm just not strong enough because what happens is the enemy plays upon that type of thought process he uses it against you to say okay you can fall back on that each and every time you get into a situation to where you are not trusting in God you looking more at the situation rather than looking at God and saying that I want to get out of this valley and start climbing once again to the mountaintop and and proclaim the gospel when and cause a price and Willis talk about if God could sacrifice himself condemns man God is the Son of Man effort to show his love for us in the least we can do is try to dial in our behavior and our and our words and truly reflect the word of God and love Christ would not agree absolutely because we can't allow ourselves to get into a pattern. And from such people turn away so see me that says it all, that if you allowing yourself to be engaged in any of these things in this my brothers and sisters. Then the next is lovers of money, so if it's a people hating on me because I'm successful. So now is lovers of money, well, if you're what was Jesus essence is about loving others and serving others was never about him. I'll be at the other times it became about him for whatever it was but it was never about him, never, never about him you know those against him try to make about him in there. Even the disciples in some of their behaviors in which we saw how that was so but and bolsters proud blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful and holy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despises of good.
