This is the Truth Network welcome to man talk to you by T8 W CM is talking and walking Christian men's ministry where they are devoted to breaking down the walls of race and accommodation, and challenging men to take their God assigned as our host will Hardy and Roy Jones Junior, a black guy and a white guy that the mental Jones and I will Hardy and you know Roy on last show we were talking about how to lead a man to Christ we were going by a really really simple and good outline by Patrick Morley. He is the author of man in the mirror and some other books that you can visit on Amazon really really good writer and really solid in his Christian doctrine and I'm the last show I will pastoring man is a great book is done as well. Okay.

Excellent work while okay so man today we want to get it a little deeper into who is Jesus so when you start sharing your testimony with that man whom God has placed and prepared in your heart you need to be able to show this man in Scripture who Jesus is.

You know he is the Savior. He is God and he is the only way to the father. So those are three things we want to talk about first. And in this first half of the show, so Roy so what if I'm that man that God had placed now in your pathway and and I asked you so Roy who is this Jesus and and so what is it you going to tell me in reference to him being Savior will know by tomorrow talk about Lesher about the fellowship with God from the garden, so man with lost fellowship with God. At that time so Christ is our great way to to the father says no one succumbed to the forceps of the sun, so the priest Christ Jesus Christ.persons came as a man 33 years.persons so and killed all the sins of the world, not just dark forces but took on the sins of the world cross and died for us and so that is who Jesus our Savior's while he he he says here and in John chapter 4 verses 25, 26, and I think this is referencing the woman who was by the well.

The woman said I know that the Messiah's call crisis coming.

And when he comes everything he's gone basically show everything to us.

And then Jesus said I who speak to you am he, and he so GG you whatever it is that you looking for I am written. That's a good point with some significant about the whole illustration of that. How often is it sitting right in front of us. Right we don't we don't realize while you really think about so were chasing so many things that to fulfill and to satisfy it's literally been here for a long moment, we just say some things and really Roy don't matter because you know we talked before off the radio and we said you know we spend our entire lives getting stuff that when we leave here somebody else is going to be living in somebody else's going to be driving somebody's going to be eating your food, and somebody's going to be either married to your wife again if she gets remarried. So we we spend our whole time getting stuff only that we're going to lose it because we can't take it with the study left one out. So Michael spent time throwing stuff away.

This is truly a bill to the state. That's what ends up laughing because no bedroom for half an associate is a good throwing away everything you say they they say well this stuff I don't need. I got one of the lesser yell things like that why the world was he saving this.

I guess what will try to get to you men and ladies who listens it. There is there is the simple simple simple path to salvation, and to a greater relationship with our heavenly father. While you're here on earth, and that is through through Jesus Christ and number two is who is Jesus.

He's got so Jesus is God and we know that we serve one God that is manifested in three persons.

The father son and Holy Spirit, and so Hebrews chapter 1 verse three says the son is the radiance of God's glory and exact representation of his being so when you know the disciples asked Jesus show us the father well, why, why do you want to show me to show you the father when the father and I are one. So when you looking at me you looking at the father in in flesh so we can't separate the two, but wait, that's what we need to share with men when we begin to give testimony and talk to them about who Jesus is and he was the third when Elroy glossed over the third component is the third component is the only way to the father. So as we said earlier, right yeah I was a crimson faucet sounds. That's right, and a course that's where that file. John 14 six Jesus said I am the way and the truth and life. No one comes to the father except through me son.

So when people asked is there any other way to the father or even to heaven. Our answer is a profound and oh so C and NC. We should we should stand up and support that because they are all of these atheist and individuals who attempt to use psychology ends and and even to the point of using some psychiatric type of methods to try and use reason to say that there has to be more than one way to get to heaven but see my mind when I talk to men about that is what I tell him I said Jesus was the only one who said that in three days you want to tear down this temple and I will raise it up again and so he he knew how he would die and he knew when he would be raise. There is no other man in history that has ever lived who has made a claim of claim he was going to die and band when he was going to be raised. No man so all of all of these other man who started all these religions, their dead in there waiting to be judged by the king of kings.

And we know the course there's different judgments each.

There's a judgment seat of Christ. For those who are redeemed in God. And then there's the white throne judgment for those who are not in Christ who are going to be judged by the white throne and ask will be a sad time} so number two when you talk to a man hold that thought. One second.

Yeah, I will list, don't you think about what will the said white throne judgment which is for the unbelievers is no worse feeling. I don't think will bring to know there's someone that's been in your life that was a casual acquaintance or friend or family member. Whatever you never share the gospel with him when he gave up on me didn't pray for an unexpectedly great guy and I know for if you live very moments happen to you, and I think that should be our call to action today is that we should never miss an opportunity to plan C that's right, we should never miss an opportunity for MC because you don't know that maybe the last time you see them.

That may be the last time they see you. That's exactly right.

The year that goes home and they never have another opportunity to have that relationship with your vice versa. Something could happen to them and then you're going to be less than what it might say something and so folks, this is just a just a word of encouragement to myself to parentheses right because all day every day God is going to bring someone across your path and that individual may need to hear the word that is in your heart and you need to share with them in one of the key things we talk about is prayer should start every day. Father open the door for me to tell someone about and just just don't pray the prayer but look for that opportunity. When God does open up the door to to share because we can pray at all day and then God open this door in this door and three or four or five people pass out path during the day and then all of a sudden we had shared this because we want to do and when these posters knows our heart or we fill the notes and were not following the note that's right will just ignore anyone who ignores do that later and later may be too late for us, or you may never come right that's right okay so number two.

Why did Jesus come to seek the lost Luke 1910, Jesus said for the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost. So so you know if an individual Jesus say this if an individual needs don't need a physician then and they need Christ. Then then there well.

But those who are sick. Jesus said, is one who needs the physician. Those who are sick is the one who needs salvation and a course.

According to Romans chapter 1 all have sin and come short of the glory of God. So we we are all sinners and we have all fell short of the gospel of Jesus Christ and as such is the reason why we need to be able to understand that we cannot save ourselves, we can do it we have to have a Savior city anytime or when a person says well when I die here. I'm going to stand on my own merit. Well good luck with that. There will arty know how that turns out. If that were impossible. No need for Jesus to come down from heaven to walk with us. We know that serving the arguments for improving out this not work may try to convince yourself that's right. So are we coming up on a break right now and we got a come back and we gonna finish this out in reference to leaving Amanda Christ and being prepared understand me and what you should do in order to tell that individual. God has foster path plan will be right back to you. Welcome back to man talk radio and what we were doing before the break is we were talking about who Jesus is this what we covered first and then we talk about why he came before the break.

Roy had mentioned that he came to seek the lost in the course. All of us a loss. All of us needs a Savior, the second thing here that Patrick points out is to save sinners.

At first Timothy 15. Here is a trustworthy saying and deserve acceptance Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, so man all you are not alone. If you don't know Christ. You are not alone.

Roy and I and everyone who is around you as you are listening to this on the radio right now we have all fall short of the glory of God saving sinners and saving those who are lost it. So I like go hand-in-hand. And that's yeah deftly goes you lost your sending in the world so the inlets everyone of us will exactly right for everyone of us and we've just been redeemed, and saved by accepting Christ and thus the difference the third thing here under. Why did Jesus come. Jesus came to demonstrate God's love outing. We got scriptures here but we know and we always go back to John 316 and also that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever should believe in him should not perish but have everlasting line and see that's probably one of the most quoted Scriptures. I even see it Roy at some of the football game. John 316 held up and I think that was actually a movement that one guy started that and he said it all football games. Everything was televised. He got people who were on campus who are part of ministry and said, would you be willing to hold John 316 up and and I things been going ever since. And you know I've been singularly some football players are so set of son John 316 and he said, to demonstrate Christ loves and he said at the right, just at the right time. Romans 5628 just at the right time when we were still sinners are powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Any sales very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrated his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Now if that doesn't demonstrate love and if we can't see that God loves man that his desire is none of us should perish or will have a question for you. Think of something that with this whole thing of devaluing life are people don't embrace.

This is much they may have 50 years ago, our society so filled with videogames so violent smarter generation to be brought up going to complete all intensive purposes is the simulator of battle and some these games is just how wonderful he really lost the value of life and therefore not really sensitized to what it means for someone to give their life for you and you know Roy, that's so true because when we look at all of the statistics suicide is up. Depression is up, you know, anxiety is up everything that is against all of what we believe in Jesus Christ's.

That's right, wholly just and true. It's up so so that tells us that I think society not only have done exactly what you said but we because the more we embrace what the world has to offer. The further would we get away from Christ. Right because were supposed to be in this world but not of this that's exactly right. Too many of us, including those of the following question: more more of this world like we were talking before the show you were weakening down the gospel were we down what it means to be a Christ follower because were trying to make a righteous way of life fit into an unrighteous world is right right so you don't offend anybody.

So we don't we don't stand on standard. Sometimes when we really should like always stand on a stand and seeing if we stand on the standards that Jesus Christ has set for us. You know we're going to be condemned by the world. Of course you know and and going there going to attack us on every side and but what we should do is stand fast on the truth regardless of what an individual says because you know as individuals and in this body of flesh which is weak. You know, we have a tendency to be hurt by some the things that people say it's right to us and we have that we sorta like going to the shale we say well if this happened to me, then I'm not going to share the gospel right right you know but I think the opposite should be true that it should make you even bolder, you know, because were God in first John tells us that this is the confidence that we have in him that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

So he hears us.

If it lines up with the truth. That's right well in the we should just go ahead and get used to being acclimated that way doesn't matter what you doing whatever job you doing whatever sport to take on.

You have to go through an acclamation. Willie Micah a great analogy there. You just got come right back at it shut down so hurt your feelings discriminate back at it, you just keep plowing forward and God will strengthen you and you will become what we want use were calloused but you will become seasoned enough that things will stop you. That's right.

You just keep plowing through it and stand steadfast and just installed move on.

So was another thing that Jesus why did he come he came to atone for our sins.

First John four, nine and 10.

This is how God shown his love among us. He sent his one and only son into the world that we might woo him of life have life. The Casitas's love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his son as a atoning sacrifice for our sins. See he had to do.

Roy where we couldn't do right so man this is why Christ came. He came for all these things that we are talking to you about Christ. He was not some figment of someone's imagination. He wasn't in the mind of someone he was an actual living man who took on a body from heaven came down took on the body to bring us back to the father because we can't bring ourselves to good thing to bring up along those lines was listing to watch the movie God is not good to the other day was that some of the testimonials about historically, it's been proven that Jesus was was here and so the process isn't hypothetical. This isn't something that's faith in something never happened. It has been historically proven names here in a few look and dig deeper into your study. You even find that other religions has talked about this man who walked upon the face of the earth, and in these these are like pagan religions, you know that they recognize that this man Jesus Christ existed in the course. They may not call him Christ, but you know they recognize him as being an individual who lived and walked among so yeah it's not a figment, and finally so long. He walked among them. What was the number one component about this man.

He wasn't here to be served he was here to serve, to serve yes-men that fight feels right into it would continue to share with leaders of your families and communities in the new churches is to be the servant and all of those places and lead by example. That's right because man you supposed to be the priest you supposed to be the pastor of your home you the you are the one that's delete your family to church and bring them home.

Talk about what the message was that the pastor or minister had spoke about.

Make sure these things are reinforced in their children. All these things are, I think tantamount to the growth of the Christian and showing that we are proving ourselves to God by wanting to know more about him and carrying on a conversation. What they wanted her to wills as you talk about the pastor home when you need to do this as well as share with your friends and family and colleagues that would elicit the sermon just to sit and listen to most people cannot retain all of what they just heard and they may remember bits and pieces but make me life will start journaling and try making notes during the sermon back and visit Charles with many of the mark to start something will share with you folks today is the disputed book and write down the forward to the day of prayer to the stuff that people want to be important to talk to God about that. They want to remember in the other piece that is that's going to your store someday when you're gone back to that cleaning out all the stuff. What more valuable thing than for son or daughter or wife to pick up husband Journal notes from sermon prayer for the family members to see in their adjuster.

I think those things have much chance that this censure would be invaluable Christ or not to mention how it can help you walking is reflected stay with God. So man we're winding this thing down, but the last thing we want to give you is, Christ came to become a source of eternal salvation and of course that's Hebrews 5 and nine. You know all of what we've been talking about here today in reference to God and who Jesus Christ is. It's for the benefit of you eternally. It's putting you in a position either internally be with Jesus because one of the absolute worst things is not for you as an individual to end up in outside of heaven, but to be outside of the presence of God forever just just to think about that. You know, if you don't make it to to glory. You will be able to call on his name and he come and deliver you from some turmoil or some affliction, so man for sharing this with you today so that you can take this for and share it with someone else leave that man Christ understand where and who it is that God has placed in front of you so you can be that vessel to do what you were meant and called to do is remember Bill, thank you so much hope you have a great week always close up to one simple thing. God is heart asking.
