There ought to judgments in the Scriptures so let's talk first of all about believers when you and I as a believer.

This is just before the announcement of the new heaven and the new earth. This is right on the precipice of eternal life with Christ forever. So the very means by which people can come to know Christ often Jesus pulls the Holy Spirit on the earth has been removed. And yet, despite the fact God's word talks of in full waves.
